I mentioned a while back, in my one-year anniversary post, that I had some exciting project coming in 2020. And probably, if you don’t follow me on Instagram, you haven’t heard the big news for En Casa this year.
Even though we are going through some interesting times, I wanted to share them here as well.
You may already have taken the hint or heard me say that 2020 was going to find me renewed. And indeed! I have some exciting things planned once we come out of this situation currently affecting all of us.
For the last year, I’ve been on a journey of self-discovery, focusing on honing on an old passion of mine that was quite behind the scenes. I started sharing my recipes with you all and learning about photography, which I absolutely adore, and many more technical blog-related things.
All these kept growing in me while trying to contain my anxiety and so many cool ideas. If you know me, you would have guessed that this social distancing, the stay-at-home thing wasn’t going to stop me from working on what I love. It’s been a bit of a challenge, but I kept pushing.
For the last few months, I’ve been building this little business that I hope I can continue to grow from now on. Sooo…. I’m adding a new component to En Casa Cooking Space, and you may already guess: En Casa Alfajores.

Oh Yeah! I’m officially announcing that now you can enjoy my delicious handmade Argentinean-inspired alfajores made with lots of love in my Melbourne-based home council-registered kitchen and express shipped Australia-wide in sustainable packaging.
But don’t worry! I’ll keep sharing some baking recipes here for yummy desserts, cakes and cookies! I’m not going anywhere!
